Wersja standardów wydanych 31 lipca 2023 r. w rozporządzeniu delegowanym różni się od tej, którą EFRAG przekazał do Komisji w listopadzie 2022 r. Wiele wprowadzonych zmian dotyczyło przepisów przejściowych, doprowadzenia do większej spójności ze standardami wydanymi przez ISSB, a także zmiany w podejściu do istotności. Ale w ostatecznych standardach pojawiły się też drobne zmiany, które wpływają w istotny sposób na to, co i jak spółki mają raportować.
