For several years, it has been maintaining and providing access to some of the most interesting and reliable databases on sustainable development in enterprises, which are&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/esg.instrat.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">publicly available<\/a>. The foundation has announced a webinar for January 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., during which it will announce the launch of ESG INSTRAT DATABASE, a new database within its portfolio. Participation in the webinar is free of charge, and you can register for it at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/us06web.zoom.us\/meeting\/register\/tZAoceCupz4tGNbjRlbDFEMSnebRqGOzNPiC#\/registration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this address<\/a>. The new database will contain comprehensive information on aspects of listed companies' activities relating to climate change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just 10 days later, on January 26, 2024, the Od conference will take place.&nbsp;<em>\u201esoft law\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;to binding regulations. How to implement and enforce CSDDD. Its organizers are&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pihrb.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Polish Institute for Human Rights and Business<\/a>, the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, and the Supreme Bar Council, in partnership with the law firms Wardy\u0144ski &amp; Partners and Eversheds Sutherland. The conference will be held in a hybrid format. Today, we know that the CSDDD Directive (the so-called due diligence directive, Directive on corporate sustainability due diligence) has been agreed upon in trilogues, and we expect its adoption by the Council and Parliament to be confirmed in the coming weeks. We can therefore begin to prepare for its implementation. It is therefore worth looking at the experiences of countries that have been implementing similar regulations for several years.
