The conference was held on the initiative of\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/frankbold.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Frank Bold<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, with the substantive support of MATERIALITY, and under the auspices of\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/seg.org.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Polish Association of Listed Companies (SEG)<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.polsif.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">POLSIF,<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/kig.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">National Chamber of Commerce<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/odpowiedzialnybiznes.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Responsible Business Forum<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559685&quot;:360,&quot;335559738&quot;:60,&quot;335559739&quot;:60,&quot;335559991&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The starting point for the discussion was the dynamic changes in the EU regulatory environment - including the Omnibus package - and the broader geopolitical context: energy security, resilience of supply chains, access to critical raw materials and Europe's technological autonomy. The panel moderated by Bartosz Kwiatkowski (Frank Bold) included Robert Adamczyk (FOB), Joanna Alasa CFA, ACCA (POLSIF) and Dr. Miroslaw Kachniewski (SEG).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559685&quot;:360,&quot;335559738&quot;:60,&quot;335559739&quot;:60,&quot;335559991&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The discussion showed that despite the communication and legislative chaos facing companies today, the direction of change remains the same. Capital, both domestic and international, continues to flow toward entities that can credibly manage ESG risks, provide reliable data and demonstrate the resilience of their business models.
