Marta Kęsik

At MATERIALITY, Marta leads a team that works with a diverse portfolio of clients representing the construction, industrial and manufacturing sectors, among others. She also leads projects with start-ups that want to base their business model on sustainability principles. She supports organizations in defining ESG goals and in implementing sustainable business models that enable responsible transformation - from identifying their sustainability-related competitive advantages to concrete actions for people and the environment. She derives the greatest satisfaction from increasing the awareness of clients, who, with her support, step by step discover the benefits of environmental and social projects. She excels at tasks that may seem impossible at first glance - it was her team that created the world's first ESG report based on ESRS standards. She gained the experience that supports her in her current job by implementing interdisciplinary urban projects focused on reducing carbon footprints, improving air quality and advancing the idea of sustainable mobility. She has also worked in an international environment, leading development projects funded by the European Union.
