Support in implementing the EUDR

MATERIALITY experts will provide your company with key information about your obligations under the EU Deforestation Regulation. During the analysis, we will identify product categories that may be subject to new due diligence obligations and advise you on how to comply with the regulations.

The EUDR, or Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 of the European Parliament and of the Council, introduces obligations for companies that place certain categories of products on the market. The EUDR applies to timber, rubber, cattle, palm oil, cocoa, coffee, and soybeans and their derivatives, which is why these regulations are important not only for companies dealing with food products, but also for those that use, for example, paper or rubber products.

As part of this service, we will help you identify whether the products and goods your company trades in or uses are subject to the obligations under the EUDR. We will determine whether your company is an operator or a trader under the Regulation. We will also explain what these obligations entail, how to draw up an appropriate due diligence statement, and how to enter it into the European Commission's IT system.

How will we work together?

Training

We will train a suitably selected team of specialists from your company in the EUDR Regulation, its scope, and the resulting obligations.

Together with your company's team, we will review your product and goods portfolio and their exposure to the provisions introduced by the Regulation. We will also take care of preparing you to fulfill your obligations.

Results of cooperation
