Taxonomy Reporting

Our team of specialists will guide your organization through the entire process of determining the extent to which your company's activities are environmentally sustainable in accordance with the EU Taxonomy.

The EU Taxonomy of environmentally sustainable activities was established by Regulation 2020/852 on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment. This Regulation, together with delegated acts, specifies the criteria that economic activities must meet in order to be considered environmentally sustainable and specifies how information on these activities should be reported.

Information on environmentally sustainable activities is needed by banks and investment funds that make decisions on granting sustainable financing to individual companies.

We work on determining compliance with the Taxonomy using our own tools, developed and refined over many years of supporting companies from various industries. The entire process also includes many educational elements, thanks to which your company's team will become increasingly independent in determining which activities are environmentally sustainable in the coming years.

How will we work together?

Identification of types of activity

We identify the types of activities carried out in your company that are Taxonomy-eligible, i.e., can be sustainable.

Allocation of turnover, OpEx, and CapEx

We assist the financial controlling team in determining turnover, capital expenditures, and operating expenditure that are related to activities eligible for Taxonomy.

Assessment of Technical Screening Criteria

We will teach your company's team to verify whether the Technical Screening Criteria are met for each type of activity, i.e., whether your company's activities are sustainable.

Assessment of Minimum Safeguards

We will assess whether the Minimum Safeguards for due diligence processes are met.

Calculation of compliance with Taxonomy

We will prepare a report on compliance with the Taxonomy, both in terms of calculations, presentation of their results in appropriate tables, as well as descriptions that should accompany disclosures.

Results of cooperation

The result of the work performed as part of the service is the creation of a complete disclosure, ready to be included in the report. In the course of the work, an audit trail is compiled, allowing for the provision of justifications for the position presented in the disclosure during the report assurance process.
