Accurate data and metrics calculated on its basis are essential for rational sustainability management and reporting. We will identify data sources in your company and its value chain, help you collect them, and calculate and interpret metrics based on them.

Implementing an effective system for collecting and monitoring ESG data is one of the challenges facing organizations. Often, the complexity of a company's or capital group's organizational structure makes collecting reliable sustainability-related data a difficult and complex task. An additional challenge is collecting good-quality data from the value chain.

We monitor ESG data in a manner tailored to the organizational structure of your company or capital group and its value chain. We use proprietary tools based on Microsoft Office 365, but we can also adapt to other systems that operate in your company. When preparing the monitoring, we conduct a series of workshops with all persons who will be responsible for providing primary source data. The service is provided by analysts from our DATA team in cooperation with consultants who are currently performing other work for your company.

Consolidation and metrics

After collecting primary source data, we will consolidate it and calculate metrics based on it. We will then interpret them and identify the main trends. During these activities, we will also pay attention to the quality of the data, pointing out any irregularities that need to be corrected.

Results of cooperation

ESG data monitoring results in a set of structured primary source data and calculated outcome metrics. These are ready to be used in sustainability reports and can also serve management purposes, such as assessing the current status of strategy implementation.
