Biodiversity strategy

Together, we will develop an action strategy implementing the individual stages of the LEAP (Locate, Evaluate, Assess, Prepare) model developed by the Task-force for Nature-related Financial Disclosures. During the project, operational goals will be set to enable the integration of biodiversity and ecosystem impact management practices into the organization's daily operations.

As part of the service, MATERIALITY consultants will examine your company's needs in terms of implementing processes for assessing and managing its impact on biodiversity and ecosystems.

MATERIALITY will explain to your company's team the individual steps of the LEAP (Locate, Evaluate, Assess, Prepare) model developed by the Task-force for Nature-related Financial Disclosures, whose practical application allows for the examination and management of impacts on biodiversity.

How will we work together?

Analysis

We begin by learning about your company's current practices, including its identified impact on biodiversity and ecosystems. In our initial assessment of the potential scope of necessary actions, we use the process guidelines of the Task Force on Nature-related Financial Disclosure (TNDF).

Workshop meetings

The strategy is developed during a series of meetings with your company's team. This allows us to tailor the action plan to the individual needs arising from the characteristics of your business model.

Education

At every stage, we strive to educate the organization we work with so that it can effectively carry out the activities set out in the strategy.

Results of cooperation

The Biodiversity Strategy developed as part of the project will serve as a key action plan ensuring proper management of the company's impact on nature. As part of the service, the client receives the guidelines necessary for its implementation.
