The MATERIALITY team will implement a basic process for identifying and managing sustainability risks in your organization. This will enable early detection of risks, their assessment, and preparation for mitigation.
Risk control is the focus of due diligence processes covering RBC (Responsible Business Conduct) issues. As part of our service, we offer to implement a risk management system or improve the system already in place at the company.
The core of the system will be a procedure developed jointly by MATERIALITY and the client. The work during the service implementation focuses on establishing a process for identifying sustainability-related risks. The result of the activities carried out is a developed procedure and knowledge established within the organization, necessary for further continuous improvement in the area of risk management.
