Company-specific indicators

MATERIALITY experts will develop sustainability indicators that go beyond the scope of reporting standards and help you accurately measure the effectiveness of your activities in a way that is tailored to the specifics of your business.

The ESRS, GRI, and SASB standards propose sets of indicators that are typical for most companies. However, every company is unique. Specific indicators are often needed to reflect the unique nature of your company's operations.

We analyze your business, review market practices and industry guidelines, and then use our expertise to design metrics specific to your company. These can be used to measure the effectiveness of your sustainability strategy, highlight the unique aspects of your products or services, or supplement disclosures in your ESG report.

How will we work together?

Analysis

We determine what phenomenon or set of activities a given indicator is to measure and review the available solutions.

Design and testing

We determine the structure of an appropriate indicator and check how it works using available historical data.

Implementation

We are introducing a new indicator into data monitoring processes for the purposes of measuring strategy implementation or preparing ESG reports.

Results of cooperation

The result of the project work is the supplementation of sustainability management and reporting practices with indicators that present information useful to investors, banks, and stakeholders. The developed indicators will enable individualized monitoring of the effectiveness of sustainability management.

What distinguishes our company-specific indicators?

A service tailored to the individual nature of the company's operations.

Example: the Glass Ceiling Ratio indicator measuring barriers to promotion for women and men in a company.

Example: an indicator measuring the improvement in customer safety thanks to the use of the company's products.
