Gap analysis with recommendations

Gap analysis is a project in which we identify the strengths and weaknesses of your company's approach to sustainability management. We assess your ESG reporting readiness and develop an action plan to prepare your company for the challenges of sustainability within your organization.

A gap analysis provides a comprehensive picture of a company's performance from a sustainability perspective. It includes an assessment of the organizational structure in terms of ESG management, a review of existing policies and procedures, and the identification of key data sources.

On this basis, we assess your organization's readiness for sustainable transformation and ESG reporting. We take into account current and future regulations, market trends, practices in your industry, and the expectations of financial institutions and business partners. Wherever we identify gaps, we will propose appropriate recommendations for action and improvements.

How will we work together?

Getting to know the organization

We begin the process by getting to know the organization in detail. We analyze the organizational structure, key elements of the value chain, and due diligence documentation. We also check how the company has managed sustainability to date and what ESG data sources it has.

Preparation of a gap report with recommendations

On this basis, we will prepare a report in which we will identify key legal sustainability-related regulations, recommend measures to supplement documentation and strengthen ESG management, and present a plan for preparing ESG reporting and implementing sustainable development projects.

Presentation of the report

We present the report to the management board and key people in your company. We also present common practices used in the field of sustainable development in your industry, assessing what needs to be done to achieve or exceed this level.

Results of cooperation

The project results in a set of recommendations—both at the strategic and operational levels—that provide the company with a clear direction for further development in line with sustainability principles. It is also accompanied by a proposed schedule of activities. An additional effect is to familiarize key people in the company (at the board, director, and management levels) with the situation, trends, opportunities, and risks of sustainable development.
