Recommendations and improvements

Based on the information gathered, we will prepare a set of recommendations regarding the structure of supervision and management of sustainability in the organization. We will also develop the scope of responsibilities of individual persons and propose improvements in the operational management of the sustainability function.

Results of cooperation

The result of this work is a set of recommendations covering the structure of sustainability supervision and management, an organizational chart, and the responsibilities of individual roles, supported by an implementation schedule. After implementing the ESG function into its structure, the organization gains an optimal sustainability management model that supports the achievement of strategic goals and the monitoring of data and reporting on sustainable development.
