For over 15 years, she has been involved in transforming organizations towards sustainable operating models. In her professional activity, she draws on her experience in design, construction, and development (licensed architect, LEED AP Certified, and Passive House Designer).
An expert cooperating with the City of Warsaw on projects related to sustainable urban development (including the Warsaw Climate Panel and the Warsaw Mayor's Architecture Award).
Winner of Top Women in Real Estate 2021 in the Green Building & Sustainability category. Co-author of the Non-Financial Information Standard (SIN) and the Warsaw Green Building Standard (WSZB). Member of the Working Group on the Application of the EU Taxonomy within the Sustainable Finance Platform at the Ministry of Development, Innovation and Technology. Graduate of doctoral studies at the Department of Management and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. Her research interests focus on the implementation of the circular economy concept in enterprises and cities.
