The text combines a theoretical perspective with specific examples of companies' activities, showing how organizations are adapting to new regulations and challenges related to ESG. It is also a practical source of knowledge for those interested in a strategic approach to sustainable development, emphasizing the building of competitiveness and resilience in companies. The material is divided into three parts: environmental, social, and managerial. In the section dealing with environmental issues, you will find, among other things, an article Marta Kęsik, Senior Sustainability Manager in MATERIALITY, entitled: „Pollution as a significant element of human impact on the environment”.
