What does sustainability look like at Polish listed companies?

January 13, 2026 marked the launch of a new edition of @Instrat Foundation's report on emissions and decarbonization of listed companies: „The Road to Net Zero. Between declarations and reality - the climate transformation of Polish companies’’.

On the occasion of the report's launch, a panel discussion moderated by Grzegorz Siemionczyk, economic journalist and chief analyst at Money.pl, was organized. The discussion focused on the responsibility of companies for their emissions and the economic dimension of reporting was attended by:

  • Piotr Biernacki - Sustainability Manager Partner, MATERIALITY; SR TEG Member, EFRAG; Chairman, Sustainability Committee, SEG
  • Stanislaw Baranski - Director of the Office of Sustainable Development and Energy Transformation, PKN ORLEN S.A.
  • Katarzyna Przewalska - Director of the Financial Market Development Department, Ministry of Finance.
  • Tomasz Czech - Sustainable Finance Project Leader at Instrat Foundation.
