October 24 is United Nations Day, established in honor of the founding of the United Nations. On this day, the annual UNDay2025 gala was held, organized by UN Global Compact Network Poland, the Polish office of the United Nations Global Compact initiative for sustainable development in business. This year, the gala had a particularly special backdrop, as the UNGC celebrated its 25th anniversary.
The gala created a space for inspiring meetings, reflection, and summaries of activities in support of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. During the gala, the annual publication „Yearbook UN Global Compact Network Poland 2025” was premiered, which included, among other things, good practices of Polish UNGC members in relation to selected Sustainable Development Goals. On page 212, you can find the text entitled „The highest standards of sustainable development reporting.
