MATERIALITY Partners support FOB in conducting research and carrying out consultations and developing publications on the topic of sustainable development, and the partner's representatives appear at FOB events as experts. MATERIALITY is currently the only consulting firm among FOB's substantive partners, which number five. In addition to MATERIALITY, these include the following institutions and organizations: Climate Strategies Poland Foundation, Polish Institute for Human Rights and Business, UN Global Compact Poland and UNEP/GRID-Warsaw.

The Responsible Business Forum is the oldest and largest non-governmental organization in Poland, dealing with issues of sustainable development in business. The Forum is an expert organization, initiator and partner of many significant projects leading to the development of sustainable development issues in Poland. As part of the Partnership Program, FOB brings together about 70 companies that are industry leaders who, through cooperation with experts, improve their ESG competencies and take joint actions to support sustainable business transformation.
Internationally, FOB cooperates with CSR Europe and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). FOB is also the organizer of the Chapter Zero Poland program, the Polish branch of the Climate Governance Initiative established by the World Economic Forum. In Poland, FOB coordinates, under the auspices of the European Commission, the international initiative Charter for Diversity, initiated the creation of the Charter for Children's Rights in Business, runs the Employee Volunteer Development Program and the League of Responsible Business educational program for male and female students.
