In its summary, the jury noted that: “The company, anticipating the obligations under the CSRD directive by a year, has prepared a report with independent verification in accordance with ESRS standards. In addition, its strategy, which takes into account the UN goals and is tailored to the specifics of the lighting industry, considers both environmental and financial impacts, with an emphasis on key aspects of sustainable development. This approach proves that smaller entities can also set standards and inspire others to follow the path of sustainable development.”
