Over the past ten years, we have been helping clients measure and report on their environmental and social impact. This fall, we applied the same methodology within our own organization. We’ll share our experience during a webinar that will take place September 23 at 2:00 p.m..
During the meeting, we'll walk through the preparation process report Step by step. We'll highlight the decisions that sparked the most discussion, the areas that posed the greatest challenges, and the results that surprised us the most.
These are the challenges faced by both the authors of reports for the largest publicly traded companies and organizations that prepare reports on a voluntary basis. We will examine them from the perspective of a consulting team that, on this occasion, found itself on the other side of the process.
We’ll also talk about the mistakes we made along the way. This will help you avoid similar pitfalls as you work on your own report. We hope our experiences will provide you with practical insights, ideas, and inspiration for your day-to-day work.
During the webinar, we will discuss, among other things:
- Why did we decide to voluntarily report on ESG, even though we are not required to do so,
- How long does it really take to prepare a report,
- Why did we change the structure of the report during the project, despite our initial plans,
- Why didn't we adopt a decarbonization target,
- what methodological challenges we encountered,
- which indicator surprised us the most after we did the calculations.
The webinar will feature:
- Justyna Biernacka, Managing Partner for Sustainability,
- Piotr Biernacki, Managing Partner for Sustainability,
- Edyta Mantorska, Sustainability Specialist & Communications Lead,
- Lena Chabros, Sustainability Specialist,
- Marlena Lis-Błaszczak, Administrative Specialist,
- Wiktoria Klimek, Sustainability Specialist & ESG Data Lead.
With the participation of those responsible for the various stages of the report’s development, we will present the entire process from several perspectives: strategic, methodological, communicational, analytical, and operational.
This webinar is intended for ESG professionals, regardless of the size of the organization where they work.
