Green Buildings Day is a national conference on sustainable buildings and their role in a changing climate. This year's event consisted of three thematic blocks entitled: Climate Change, Environmental Responsibility, and Technology and Sustainable Design.
The impact of climate change on urban life, particularly in the Baltic Sea region, was discussed. Criteria for evaluating companies, countries and other organizations as sustainable - including ESG or taxonomy - were discussed, as well as examples of circular construction, low-carbon technological solutions and sustainable transportation options.
The conference is organized by the Tricity-based design and consulting firm Costa Project and WSP, one of the leading global engineering and consulting services companies.
