At MATERIALITY, Alicia is responsible for marketing and communication activities, taking care of a consistent brand message and its visibility in key channels. At MATERIALITY ACADEMY, she oversees the administrative side of educational projects: she coordinates processes, supports Trainers and makes sure that the organizational background allows to focus on the substantive quality of activities.
On a daily basis, she also supports the administrative department and the Board of Directors, combining attention to detail with good work organization and understanding of the broader business context. Her education (psychology studies at the University of Warsaw with a specialization in business, and postgraduate studies in environmental management and waste management at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences) and professional experience (gained through her work in managing an online store and a media house) allow her to smoothly navigate the interface between communication, education and environmental issues.
