At MATERIALITY, Olga is responsible for creating ESG reports and strategies for companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and private companies. She also leads projects such as gap analysis and materiality studies, and supports clients with ongoing consulting in the area of sustainable development. She specializes in issues related to the identification of climate risks and opportunities and the management of environmental projects, in particular the calculation and interpretation of carbon footprints. She gained her experience in analyzing and monitoring ESG indicators while working in the ESG team at a private equity fund.
